If we cancel a trip due to weather, you will either be rescheduled at your convenience or refunded 100%.Cancellations less than72hrs in advance can not be refunded.
Prior 72hrs in advance can be rescheduled or refunded less a 15% administrative fee.
Please abstain from using tobacco. You may bring food, water, soft drinks, beer or wine while on our trips.
We have 2 ice chests with ice mounted between the pedal stations for passenger use.
Private charter groups can connect to our Bluetooth sound system. (captain will control volume)
Kids ages six and up can join our public tours. Private charters can bring kids of any age, but please let us know in advance (info@cycleboatboston.com) so we can have appropriate lifejackets on board.
